On October 8, 2026, D. Grigoriev, KOMIB CEO, has held a discussion on the topic “Establishing cooperation within the framework of public-private partnership in the field of ICT security” as part of the Sixth meeting of the Russia–ASEAN Dialogue on issues related to ensuring the security of information and communication technologies, which took place “on the sidelines” of the II Global Digital Forum in Moscow. The co‑chairs of the meeting were A. S. Alimov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, and Min Zaya Hline, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

The event was held at a high level with the participation of heads of relevant ministries and agencies of ASEAN countries.
In his opening remarks, D. Grigoriev noted that cybersecurity has ceased to be solely a technical or departmental task and today is the foundation of digital sovereignty and economic stability of states. In previous rounds of the Russia–ASEAN Dialogue, a significant foundation has already been laid in addressing the use of ICT for criminal purposes, building capacity, and exchanging experience. Today’s task is to translate this political dialogue into concrete investment and technological joint projects.
During the discussion, the participants expressed their desire to strengthen contacts, focusing on capacity building and the development of public‑private partnerships.
