On September 23, 2026, as part of the anniversary XX International Forum “Partnership of State Authorities, Civil Society and the Business Community in Ensuring International Information Security” organized by the National Association for International Information Security with the support of the Office of the Security Council of Russia, a panel discussion will be held entitled “Priority Areas for the Development of Public‑Private Partnership in Implementing State Policy in the Field of IIS. Promoting Domestic Information Security Products and Services on Foreign Markets” with D. Grigorev, KOMIB CEO, acting as moderator.

Within the panel discussion, the following issues are to be discussed:

- Geopolitics of trust and the “digital cold war”: what strategies could be used to promote domestic information security solutions in countries of the Global South in conditions where Western countries label any Russian software as a potential threat? How to counter the artificially imposed accusations by the West regarding unfair competition in the global information security market?

- Russian cyber threat analytics as an alternative to foreign consulting companies (Gartner, etc.) – the foundation for building cooperation within international associations (BRICS+, SCO, etc.).

- Russian information security products as a guarantee of sovereign, independent state information security systems in partner countries.

- What measures of state protectionism can help Russian companies secure their place in the development of sovereign information security systems in friendly states? How can the experience accumulated by Russian companies in ensuring national information security under conditions of sanctions be converted into competitive advantages in foreign markets?
